about a boy

Sorry to my bloggy readers... I know I have been bad about blogging lately. It just seems like there is so much going on lately, that I just don't even know where to start.

I'll start with one my favorite subjects, my boy! haha

He is getting way to big, let me tell you. He hasn't gained any weight in about 4 months, but has gotten taller. People comment to me all the time how thin he is getting. I promise, he is eating like a HORSE! He just runs all the time & is becoming a kid.

(that's not juice in his cup, it's a pedialyte type drink)

He talks up a storm here at home. In front of a bunch of people he acts very shy, and I'm lucky to get "bye" out of him. Which by the way, has a very southern drawl to it. It's adorable. It should be spelled byyyyayyye Ya, ladies drool over it. I can feel myself becoming that protective mama already. I just pray we can raise him right so that he stays on the right path. There are wicked wicked women out there! (love ya Karen! ;) )

He loves being outside right now, and goes to the back door right away. These rainy days have not made for a happy boy.

His favorite word right now is "mama". I don't mind much, except that he seems to use it for "person I know" lol. A couple of weeks ago in church, the worship team had just come off the stage. It was quite in the church & they were getting ready to do announcements. He saw Mike walking to the back and yelled "MAMA". All I could do was laugh. Usually he's known as the quite one in church.

I gotta tell you, this boy will keep going until he literally collapses. Even then, he doesn't give in. He just kept getting back up & playing.
