Our home is quite small. Somewhere around the 1200 square foot range. I have to be creative in my aproach to furniture and how I use my space. In alot of ways this is good. It forces me to get rid of things that I just don't need. We have almost no knick-nacks or dust collectors.
Our office is combined with the play room, in our sun room. Which is great because I can be doing things on the computer and still completely here for Nathan.
My sewing table is a little nook in our master bedroom. I have a metal office cubicle that was given to me by a friend.
Where I need help. My sewing table is just that, all sewing stuff. Many times I have to walk away from a project, so I leave it on the table to come back and finish. This works really well. However, I'm trying to start on Nathan's scrapbook.
Here's a picture of my table. I really don't want to crowd the table portion with stuff. I like being able to spread things out.
What is the best way to make this space work for both?
