Seriously, I'm just cold. I can't think of anything else to describe myself.
We didn't get above 23 today, with a windchill into the teens. Tonight our low will a whopping 2, with a windchill well below zero. I've not be able to the house above 68. The heater is only blowing mildly warm air at this point, and during dinner there was a power flicker. I've been using the propane fireplace sparingly, so that if the power does go out, we can stay warm.
When I get cold, I have a hard time warming up. My toes turn into little icecubes and it's over. I need to go soak in a hot bath and thaw out, but I know as soon as I get out, I'll be cold again. I logged into Twitter & saw my dear brother-in-law talking about how its 80 in Southern Cal. Thanks David!! haha Maybe I should hop a plane with the boy & get some sunshine.
Nathan has had a very clingy afternoon, so I asked Mike to stop & get Arby's for dinner. I convinced myself it would be so yummy, but it was just fast food. Nothing like the hot potato soup I'd planned on making for dinner.
I guess I'll be done griping for now.

Me too but it actually got up to 32 here. I didn't want to get out at all today but Walmart called and my son had to be picked up from school. Hope your power doesn't go out....that's the worse feeling and it's even worse I'm sure with kids.
I'm so cold, too. The wind chill was negative twenty two today. YIKES! STAY WARM!

It got up to about 75* here yesterday. Wanna come back to Cali?!?!
