Today being Tuesday, he's here with us. He'll also be here an extra day this week. So, I needed to run some errands and couldn't put them off until Friday. I ventured out with both boys. They are both well behaved, so that wasn't a problem. It's just a lot of work, especially when it's snow flurries and freezing outside, to get two little ones in & out of the car. Making sure no one let go of my hand (Nathan likes walking now), and that they stayed quiet when we went into offices. Yes, I'm a stickler for that. I remember working in an office & being irked by children being obnoxiously loud, while moms simply ignored them.
At our second stop, as I was getting O's car seat unbuckled, I noticed that he was soaked! His no drip sippy cup had poured into his lap. Of course I didn't bring a change of clothes for him, because I don't have any!! ACK! He had to endure making a quick stop soaked & cold. I felt SO bad for him.
On the way home, I was able to hear President Obama be sworn in as the 44th President. I'll post more on that later...
Nathan fell asleep on the way home, so he went straight down for his nap. I got O changed back into his pjs, so his clothes can dry. After O ate his lunch, he went down for an early nap.
Now that the boys are sleeping, I will be sewing and relaxing. I found a pattern/tutorial for a zippered pouch here : Skip to my Lou
I made one last week, and want to try some more. Maybe a giveaway??

How brave! Venturing out in snow with 2 little ones? Go you!
And I love the pouch. I have this thing for paisley, so it automatically won my heart.
