Cubed

I am feeling alot more confident in my sewing lately. For the most part, everything I have been sewing has been pretty simple straight stitching. I decided that I need a challenge. Normally, this is something that I would just think about, because I hate trying things and failing. I mean HATE. I know I am not perfect, but there is nothing like mis-aligned pieces of fabric to scream it at you!

Lately, I am working on bettering myself in every area of my life. I love having a creative outlet and want to become the best at what I do. Not better than anyone else, simply *my* best.

I saw on Etsy, you need check out that site, these fabric balls & cubes. How cute! My first thought was, "I could never do anything like that..." Next thought was, "why on earth not?!?" So, I have been searching out a tutorial on how to do it. I love the Internet, by the why. I found one here, and it seemed SO simple to me!! I'm very visual, and love picture steps.

So, here is my cube. The sewing is a bit off, but it was my first attempt, and I think Nathan won't care if its not perfect.
