Fries

Sometime ago I had sweet potato fries at a restaurant. I LOVED them!! So sweet and yummy. Lately we've had sweet potatoes in the house, because they are a favorite of Nathan's.

I looked up recipes for the fries, and was excited at how easy they are to make. Also, how good they are for you. I mean, you bake them after all... maybe they should be called something else... anyhow.. I made them more like steak fries than the crispy shoestring type, because Nathan woke up while I was cutting. But oh, were they good!!
